What to Expect

If you are planning your first visit to Providence Dental Associates, you may be wondering what to expect. We do things a little differently than other practices you may have visited. Our philosophy is simple: your needs come first. We will do everything we can to make your visit as pleasant and pain-free as possible.

Please arrive for your first appointment 5-10 minutes early, in order to allow time to complete a brief patient information form. If you prefer, you may download, print, and complete the patient information form ahead of time. (Requires Adobe Reader) You may also want to review our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Our waiting room and dental suites are equipped with cable television and a wide variety of magazines. Personal CD players are available, along with an assortment of music. While we make every effort to maintain our schedule, delays are possible. We thank you for your patience as we strive to provide each patient -- including you! -- with the best care.
